Over 36 years of Federal service includes human resource experience.  Years served as Lead Human Resource Analyst for over a 150 staffed office.  Prepared and reviewed documentation for hiring the appropriate staff for the organization. Managed organizational staffing documentation to ensure agency regulations and policy were followed. Properly staffed offices within the organization to ensure the proper work environment.  Ensuring the correct chemistry to provide an excellent customer experience.  Provided management with staffing and hiring plans.  Created position descriptions and developed Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSA) to attract the right candidates for the job.
